Effective TE-TA exercise to improve our strikers

We present an effective TE/TA exercise to improve technical elements and especially individual tactics of our midfielders and forwards. With this exercise which contains many coaching details we will teach our strikers how to open, the correct posture in depends of the ball position. It is very important that our striker see the passing player and the space or goal in front of him – to be goal oriented.

In the video below is presented how to make a didactical progress, firsty with one striker – teaching him how to make a correct diagonal opening whitch allow to see him the ball and the goal at the same time. After this we put 3 forward players together and coordinate the movement and correct openings alwas in depends of the ball position to see both important things (ball and goal) or to create space for the final (“killer”) pass. At the same time we are focused also on midfielders technique of passing and correct individual tactical principles like receiving with external foot, diagonal body posture on receiving to see a”great picture” in front of him to be effective in vertical passing.
